Very nice design. What did you use for PLL?
Look's something I will try in the future, I was thinking in going the transverter path and using an ADE-1 but have some 21Mhz filters so why not?! There's a U6?? (or U9?? can't recall the reference) prescaler/divider by 64 IC that might be nice for the PLL along with a 4060 or something more commonly available.

The divider IC is the SAB1164/U664/U264 and the PLL: 4046 and not the 4060 as I wrote (it's weekend...).
