Two QSOs today: ON5NY and ES5CC.
Note: comparing to UV3R, the 5th is less comfortable to operate (buttons instead rotary switch) and it feels slower switching channels.
Oh and there was also story how to program that UV5 - fake serial cable chip, stock and Chirp software oh boy... But at the end - victory!
