I was only thinking to send you a LTSpice file for a Simulation with BAT62 or others. In your design the RF ground is missing at all ???
In that way you make your results very dependent from the hand that hold the probe ?!
I am using the anti parallel BAT62 double diode also in the heads of an old URV5 ( R&S ) where it works great far into the GHz region,
